The Apex Phoenix Titan X represents a paradigm shift in propulsion engineering. By eliminating all mechanical bearings and traditional friction-based seals, the system achieves a power-to-weight ratio of 5.37 HP/kg. This unit is designed for 2500 kg vehicle masses, providing absolute stability and zero-wear performance.
The system utilizes a proprietary G-Barrier Fluid (GBF) matrix to replace conventional rubber seals. This active molecular barrier operates under high-pressure synchronization, ensuring zero leakage and zero physical contact between the shaft and the housing.
Propulsion is managed by an Active Magnetic Levitation (AML) monolith. With a control latency of 0.002 ms, the system adjusts the electromagnetic field faster than any mechanical vibration can occur, locking the shaft in a "perfect state" of suspension.
The unit is a boltless monolith. In place of traditional fasteners, the Orbital Crown Lock uses the system's own internal pressure to secure the assembly. This ensures that the higher the operational load, the more rigid the structural integrity becomes.
